Promotional Products orders are custom printed to your specifications within factory guidelines and minimums. Your event deadlines are acceptable but must be stated on the order form and must be factory approved; orders with deadlines may require special handling and/or overnight shipping. Your order is very important and is processed with care. Custom orders, once processed cannot be cancelled and are not returnable. Freight charges are not included and are billed.

If you find any flaws in the printing or merchandise, adjustments may be made only after factory agrees and issues a return of merchandise authorization. You must notify EB ART EB ADS LLC within 24 hours of delivery to initiate a return/complaint process. We pride ourselves on the fact that this rarely happens.

Graphic art layout and preparation services are an additional charge if you do not have your own camera ready art. Published prices may vary and are not guaranteed. Prices may change without notice.
